Joining a winning break on the final stage of the Tour of Elk Grove, David Veilleux (Kelly Benefit) won the overall title of the Illinois stage race.

It was a big weekend, with appearances by several top American riders, including Astana's Chris Horner, who suffered a broken collarbone in Saturday's second stage.
